Hilary Duff: Workin’ Out in West Hollywood

Keeping in shape as she gets ready to get back behind the cameras, Hilary Duff was spotted leaving the gym in West Hollywood on Wednesday (January 14).

Hopping into her black Mercedes SUV, the “Lizzie McGuire” starlet smiled and gave a wave to paparazzi as her personal trainer Harley Pasternak laughingly watched from just outside the gym’s doors.
